During the circumcision no man gets an errection, but before the syringe it is already possible, before excitement etc. I have already seen with guys who have been trimmed

Hi.

I can’t say that at all, so after the local anesthesia into the penis root it wasn’t stiff.

Also the rest of the day the penis after the cut was not stiff. Only the night I had the first erections.

But not during circumcision.

My personal experience

I think the question is something for anatoms and medics. For me, the situation was absolutely unstimulating, so I believe that this is more a theoretical question.

Nope. Erection is prevented by the medications during circumcision.

My doctor told me at the time that it could happen and that I should think of something that definitely turns me off so that this does not happen.

In addition, he said it could otherwise come to light difficulties in circumcision and achieve a not so beautiful result.

I don’t think it’s because he’s completely stunned. With me it was that I was quite excited and my plinth even pulled more zsm than stiff. I’m sure your doctor knows what to do when it happens… 😅

Here my answer as a practicing urologist who has performed several thousand circumcisions:

It can’t happen. An erection arises in that the venous outflow of the blood flowing into the swelling bodies and the acorn is prevented by a reflex: The blood staggers into the sponge-like structures and they become hard. This reflex is impossible during the duration of a local anaesthesia and also a general anaesthesia. If an erection exists before the anaesthesia is initiated, it will already be caused by the sedative signs of anaesthesia or Anesthesia is released because the dynamic reflex is suspended.

What should prevent the swelling body from flowing in the blood? Of course.

Normally not because the phallus is anesthetized

Actually, this is not going through the anesthesia, but I’m not a medic who knows better
