Kann das Jobcenter Spenden nachverfolgen?
Ich finde das Thema spannend. Daher…
Meine Nachbarin ist aus gesundheitlichen Gründen in den letzten 2 Jahren arbeitslos geworden. Bekommt daher ALG2. Sie bräuchte dringend eine neue Brille, die das Amt nicht zahlen möchte, denn ihre alte “tuts noch” laut ihnen. Dabei sind ihre Werte aber extrem verändert und ohne Brille ist sie fast blind. Und sie kann sich diese nicht leisten. Da sie sehr Sehbehindert ist würden ca. 500 € verlangt werden. Kostenvoranschlag von 6 Optikern. KK zahlt nur knapp 30 € (sie ist nicht blind genug) und Ratenzahlungen wurden ausgeschlagen. Das Amt will kein Darlehen geben.
Nun fand sie die Seite GoFundMe und hat einen Spendenaufruf gemacht. Da das Amt nur 50 €/Monat an Spenden zulässt, befürchtet sie nun, dass sie das iwie rausfinden und Rückzahlungen verlangen. Kontoauszüge sind nur für die letzten 3 Monate nötig und das nur bei dem Weiterbewilligungsschein. Dieser ist erst in 5 Monaten nötig.
Kann es dann trotzdem die Spende nachverfolgen? Wenn ja WIE? Ich möchte hier keine Straftat begehen. Dafür hab ich nicht Eier. ^^ Ich möchte nur das Finanzverfolgungssystem verstehen. Insbesondere von Online Spenden. Denn alles was bar ausgezahlt wird kann keiner wirklich verfolgen. Aber Online ist das natürlich einfacher.

If they refuse, you have to ask. If the ophthalmologist has found a significant deterioration as you write, then the GKV takes over these costs.
If only the spectacle frame has to be taken over, although there are also hardship applications that would have to be fully applicable after your description.
