This is not a camera for traffic monitoring but “sensors” that measure traffic volume and thus can control the traffic light “intelligent” depending on the traffic situation, they serve as only traffic control. So you’re not going to get a ticket, but I hope you’ll get a lot of whistle or something if you’re driving over red and you and the other people willingly endanger you, but that’s a different subject.

Don’t think the camera serves better traffic control at intersections.
Nevertheless, you should stay in front of red lights, whether by car, bicycle or scooter.
They are usually only for monitoring traffic. So when there are many cars standing there, they recognize this and make the phases longer so that the cars don’t stow for so long.
So I’m not gonna get a fine?
There are other cameras that in red light “blitzen”. Nevertheless, you have to stick to traffic rules also with escooter
