Should I only get calcium from mineral water while on a diet?

So, I'm on a diet (a "hardcore" diet). Would it be practical to get my daily calcium from mineral water? For 750mg of calcium, I'd need to drink about two liters, and then I get the rest from a glass of milk (200-300mg calcium).

Would that be okay? Is there a general difference between calcium in food and mineral water?

Ne du kannst das Kalzium so aufnehmen wie du willst.

Deine “Hardcore Diät” ist da ein anderes Problem.

Damit wirst du niemals Kohlenhydrate, Eiweiß und Fett aufnehmen, dass du genauso wie Kalzium brauchst
