Is eating cold-pressed linseed oil bad?

Hello,

I prepared my meat with linseed oil today because I didn't know that this oil shouldn't be heated.

I ate the food and found out about it afterwards.

It was a one-off. Is it bad? What can be done about it?

Greetings

No, it’s not bad.

What can you do about it?

Nothing at all, don’t worry. That’s why you won’t die or get diarrhea.

May be heated for a short time. It is not particularly suitable for longer roasting.

Did it taste? The unsaturated fatty acids in linseed oil could disintegrate by the heat, which then gives an unsightly snack. It’s not dangerous.

I wonder. Normally, it would have to taste rather disgusting. You shouldn’t eat that anyway.

Then it’s okay. Next time better buy oil for heating.

Shouldn’t be done. But once you’ve done this, it doesn’t happen any bad thing.
