Mostly only in chains that offer standardized pizzas like Call a Pizza.

This can be said badly in self-made products. Generally, if you want to lose weight, cook yourself than eat in the restaurant. Very confusing how much Kcal has a dish and usually it is not tasted with things like oil/butter and salt because both taste very well.

A Neapolitan Margherita comes to about 800-1000kcal.

Fast Food Varients often on 1000 to 1200

It’s so in the smells that I said I went out of such a size.

So good italinier: 800-1000

Fast food chain like pizza hat: 1000-1300

Yes, if you don’t take anything to you in the morning, you can put a real fat pizza in it and there’s no problem in the deficit. Enjoy!

As I said, it is difficult to say in self-made products, but in the field. Covers 40-60% of your daily needs… don’t know if I’d talk about “just” in a meal
