Close cable ends?

I'd like to hide this connector behind a mirror and am wondering if I should seal the exposed cable ends somehow? If so, how?

New treadmill trips fuse?

I have a brand new treadmill. Every third time, the fuse in my house blows (meaning the switch in the house's fuse box is thrown). I have the treadmill's cable plugged in both in the basement and downstairs. However, it blows less often on the ground floor. What could be the reason for this?

Does that mean that the input for the plug is broken? It fell down with the charging cable and the plug of the cable got bent. Now I have a new one and only that is displayed. if so, can the charging access be repaired

Plug burnt on the outside after use?

Today, after using an egg cooker in a double socket, I found the plug burnt on the outside. A coffee machine was also in use. However, the plug wasn't making direct contact, as the socket was used above the countertop. Does anyone have an explanation as to what could have happened?
