Young cat getting white hair?
Hi
My cat is about 5 months old. I noticed that she has a white patch of fur. The area used to be black, like her normal fur.
What could be the reason for this and should I be worried?
Thank you⭐

Hello, what is the difference and which is better?
Hello dear people! I had a male and a female budgie. This morning, I found the male budgie dead on the floor. The two weren't getting along well; he was running away from her a lot. She was quite aggressive toward him. (They're completely free in the room, only in their cage at night.) Now,…
Hello everyone! I'm increasingly trying to move away from conventional, white, industrial sugar and was wondering what substitutes I could use instead? Perhaps fruit or other things, just not artificial sweeteners. Does anyone know any easy and delicious recipes for muffins or cakes without sugar? Thank you very much for your help!
Hello 🙂 Since I'm moving from Austria to Germany, I'll have to fly over with my cat soon. Does anyone have experience flying with cats? Maybe even with AUA/Austrian Airlines? Are cats also scanned like our hand luggage? Best regards
Our little darlings (both female, siblings, about 6 months old) have always tested the water with their paws, always spreading it around the area. But now they're getting bigger and, above all, stronger. They immediately push their drinking bowl around when you put it down, with such vigor that it's empty in no time, the…
Hello everyone. My cat was neutered about 3 years ago and after the neutering the doctor told me that she had a gray film on her lungs, but he didn't say anything more. We were happy with the neutering, but changed vets because they didn't treat our cat well. She was doing extremely well; she…
It is normal that the fur of young cats changes. Watch the cat if there are no other signs, it should probably be no reason to worry.
Could be that she scratched or injured, sometimes white hair grows in such places.
With my dogs, too.
You probably don’t have to worry. In many cats the skin color changes over time, especially during growth. This can be due to genetic factors or hormonal changes. If your cat is healthy and does not show any other signs of problems, it is probably normal.
you will be getting old
fun, that happens sometimes simply, no reason to worry! my kater was also red and now he is a calico! (he’s just different orange, okay?)
