Youth welfare criminal proceedings change of date?

Hello,

I have a question. I received a letter about youth welfare in criminal proceedings. Unfortunately, the appointment on Monday clashes with a school event from Sunday to Tuesday. The letter also says that you can simply reschedule the appointment by phone. The problem is that I only received the letter last Monday and of course I called straight away, but I was told that my clerk was sick. I should call again tomorrow. He was also sick on Tuesday. Today I was told that he is sick the whole week and that I should call on Monday. When I replied that the appointment was on Monday, I was met with a nasty response: โ€œWhat am I supposed to do?โ€

My question to you is, what should I do now?

If a written or telephone time shift is not possible, you must notice the date. The school event can be apologised. Criminal proceedings in the youth age should not be taken on the easy shoulder.

If an e-mail address is on the letter, send a message there and ask for a delay. Otherwise, ask by phone for your employee’s representation.
