Youth labor protection investigation?

I am currently 17 years old but will be 18 in 2 months.
I have been offered a training position and have received these forms for the youth medical occupational health examination from my future company
Now my question is why I have to undergo a youth medical occupational health examination even though I will be 18 when I start my training in September
Do they need this for the contract to be valid?
Because I don't really know it that way?
I also wanted to ask what I should do now, since I have already done the initial examination for the Youth Employment Protection Act in 2023
how I have to do that now, because I think it's only free once before I turn 18.

It counts the age of the contract.
The last investigation was 2023 and now is 2025, so you have another investigation.

The law applies until you are 18. No difference will be made if you become full year tomorrow or in a year. At the moment you are <18, so all steps are equal to going.
