Itching around the anus (which remedies/herbs)?

For about 1.5 years now I have had an itching in my anus/rosette (I know, unpleasant topic)

I have already been to my family doctor and a specialist (proctologist)

I have no hemorrhoids, no fungal infection, no inflammation and no parasites.

I have tried various ointments (zinc, etc.), but they don't help.

My question is what could this be and how do I get rid of it?

I can imagine it might be due to sweating or my diet. However, hygiene is less likely. The specialist also said I shouldn't use wet wipes, which I don't do.

Thank you

I’m guessing you don’t have anything at all.

Either the place is too dry or too damp. If you think the itching comes from sweat, I would try to keep the place dry for a while.

Sometimes the body also reacts to stress that you get such itching.

Try different types of toilet paper.

There are actually “oilette paper allergies”, depending on which substances (d fragrances, bleaching agents etc.) are used in it.

Maybe anal fissures or shave fire? In both cases, special creams and a shaving stop help
