There are different versions and statements. One of them was the most helpful answer.

According to the official statement of the Dutch broadcaster, a camerawoman Joost would have crowded after his samples, he did not want to be filmed and after she did not stop very long, he would have made a threatening gesture. He’d never become a handful.

Again other voices say that said camerawoman first insulted his parents and then he would have gone on to them as described in the quote.

And others, in turn, believe that there was no attack at all, and the EBU just wants to hide that they have kept Joost from the Isreal candidate at the press conference.

I guess we’ll never know what’s really true.
