Jojo effekt vermeiden?

Hey also ich habe vor ungefähr einem Jahr die Keto diät gemacht,habs 2 monate durchgezogen und 10kg verloren.Das war alles im april und dann hab ich januar (also 9 monate später) entschlossen wieder bissl abzunehmen.Ich hab in diesen 9 monaten nur 1kg zugelegt deswegen dachte ich mir okay ich fang wieder an.Ich hab dann in so 2 monaten 6 kg abgenommen aber irgendwie hab ich alles wieder zugenomen und alle zwei wochen kommen noch 0.5kg dazu.Wie kann das jetzt stoppen?!

The problem with diets is that you’re eating your diet and so soon you eat again. Your body is re-entered with fat, as the fat cells are not degraded, but only shrink, the jojo effect is usually the greater.
