Make enough drinking cold, not only water, but maybe a fanta or a cola. You’re probably going to be very healthy.

Also eat that you can help if you get a fress flash at the latest. It is a personal thing but I like to eat spicy things (but not sharp). Maybe you can order a nice pizza or something.

Do this with a colleague who might have experienced something, he can help you in an extreme case if anything happens. The colleague should also have a certain maturity and not tell you that you need to smoke a bong head directly, but know how to make a chill.

You might be a little entertaining. The remote control, charge your cell phone, put controller ready or make yourself relaxed music (released is a matter of taste).
