Changing jobs with a loss of salary?

I have a job offer. I would really enjoy the job, and I would finally enjoy my work again.

At the moment, it's the exact opposite. I earn well, but the work and my colleagues are making me sick.

Unfortunately, I would earn 400 euros less gross in the new job because it is less demanding than my current job.

Would you give up 400 euros gross and do something that really brings you joy?

Absolutely. If you feel better about the more pleasant activity, this is worth a little less pay. If you have a job that burdens you and deserves more, you will certainly not enjoy it if you can do something more.

I recommend you change the job and do something for your psychic health.

Sure. I am in the situation that I deserve little, but in my work I can live out my hobby and get great with my colleague. I definitely want to stay there, even if I could earn a lot more in another job.

I’m mentally superb about my work and the I wish you too.

Yeah, do it. It will be much better after that and you have much more Elan to profile yourself in your new place. Maybe you can even earn more and return to your current standard of living.

Absolutely!

What does the money do if you don’t like to go to work.

It’s not so much less net.

Do it!

I’d rather have less money and like to go to work than torment me every day.

Of course, the money has to go to life. It doesn’t matter if you have fun at the job, but then you can’t pay your rent anymore.

If the money is enough: in any case!! For at work one spends a great part of his time. A job that makes fun makes a big difference.

This is a lot of money and makes about 240 € gross. Can you spare that? Or can you otherwise earn money so that you can afford the “multipass”?
