Jobs ohne schweres Heben und ohne Ausbildung?
Hallo zusammen,
ein Verwandter von mir ist durch Corona beruflich gescheitert (bitte keine neue Corona-Diskussion anfangen). Er hat bis Corona gut 10 Jahre durchgehend im Veranstaltungsmanagement gearbeitet und auch nicht schlecht verdient. Gut reich ist er nicht geworden, aber prekär wars auch nicht. Nachdem die Agentur wegen Corona dicht machen musste, schafft er es trotz zahlreicher Bewerbungen nicht mehr in diesem Sektor erneut Fuss zu fassen und ist in Hartz IV/Bürgergeld gerutscht, welches er seit Anfang 2022 bezieht.
Er wäre auch für einen anderen Job bereit, nur schwer heben geht halt wirklich nicht mehr. Er darf bei regelmässiger und häufiger Belastung nur noch 5 kg heben. Ausserdem kann er keine Sicherheitsschuhe mehr tragen, weil er Spezialeinlagen braucht, die nicht ein Sicherheitsschuhen getragen werden dürfen (reinpassen täten sie schon, aber es ist halt verboten). Ohne diese Einlagen geht es nicht mehr.
Er ist Jahrgang 1980. Studiert hat er mal Musik (sogar abgeschlossen) und auch selber in einer Band gespielt, aber nachdem er merkte, dass er den grossen Durchbruch nie haben wird, ist er ohne zusätzliche Ausbildung ins Eventmanagement umgestiegen, erst 2007 in Teilzeit (nebehnher war er noch in der Band) und dann von 2010 bis 2020 Vollzeit (da hat sich die Band aufgelöst). Schon vorher hat er sich um den organisatorischen Aufwand der Band gekümmert. Aufgrund der Beziehungen, die er damals hatte, war das einfach.
Ausserdem hat er noch zwei getilgte Vorstrafen aus den Nullerjahren (BTM und Fahrerflucht getrennt). Die tauchen zwar schon lange nicht mehr im Führungszeugnis auf, sind aber noch bis mindestens 2029 im POLAS (nicht BZR) gespeichert.
Vielleicht hat hier noch jemand eine Idee, was er beruflich machen kann. Das Jobcenter meint nur, wenn er nicht mehr als Lagerist oder Paketfahrer arbeiten kann (wegen schwer heben), dann hat er Pech gehabt. Das kann es meiner Meinung nach nicht gewesen sein. Da muss doch noch was möglich sein.

Well, he’s got 100 bucks and not even an interview. Most do not even make the effort to write a rejection and on demand there are only superficial answers. Often the lack of qualifications is addressed. So he feels like riding a dead horse.
