Jobs as a saleswoman without training?

I have a training as a beautician.
After that I worked in a salon for two years and then had a child.

After that, I started at Action as a career changer. Since 2019, I've been employed as a sales assistant at Lidl (with a year of parental leave in between).

I'd like to move away from retail. No longer working from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
The pressure is too great. I don't want to explain myself too much right now.
What opportunities are there, what careers are there for career changers?
Which further training courses?
I can't get any information from the employment office because I have a job.
