Job center money not coming?
Hey guys. I have a question.
I'll try to keep it short, I promise xD
At the beginning of the month, instead of the €808 for me and my partner, only €104.40 arrived in the account.
I then went to the benefits department and they said they would take care of it. There had been problems with the documents, but when I was able to submit everything, the nice lady said that it would be processed immediately and would be there in the next few days.
That was last Thursday. Now it's Monday, and there's no money on it.
Despite applying for assistance due to lack of means, this was rejected by the job center.
What should I do now? I depend on the money and can't currently pay for electricity or internet, and RheinEnergie doesn't care why I can't pay.

This is the problem when you get H4… I always wonder how the 2 people of a partnership can happen.
My partner suffers from a superventricular paroxysmal cardiac tachycardia which occurs again and again despite 4 times ablation and therefore he must have someone with him if he suffers such a seizure. Beta Blocker can’t take him because he’s allergic to this.

You have your answer. You got the announcement on Thursday that they will take care of the money as soon as possible. Let’s say the thing was worked through by Friday in the relevant departments and the money was transferred: Then the money will only arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.
