Jobcenter 2 account?

Hello, if I open an account with a new bank, can the job center find out about it without asking me?

Is there any way they can find out that I still have an account?

Yes, they should. You have to report everything about it. The law also says they can. Please note

Yes, this is possible (paragraph 52 SGB II i. V. m. 45 d, 45e EStG and 93 AO).

You have to report the account to yourself.

Don’t wait until the job center finds it out without your involvement.

Of course, but it is ultimately his decision whether or not he comes after them.

P.s. improve your spelling error

First of all, you are obliged to share all changes. Furthermore, the job centers work with data comparisons – the legal background has already been mentioned here. So I think so!

Because they can’t know, that’s why you’re obligated to say that.If you don’t like the rules, go to work, then you don’t have to account for anyone. You’re obligated to say that & if you don’t know, that’s a problem.

Why fraud

You need to know that. Finally, to derive from your question, you want to conceal.
