Job center processing time?
Hello, I'm at the job center and I'm supposed to send an addendum to my sublease agreement. It's been processed for four months now, and I haven't received any money in four months. When I called, they told me there's nothing they can do and that I should be patient. I can't wait any longer. If the job center doesn't send any money this month, I'll be kicked out of my apartment. I don't know what to do. I don't have any parents or friends where I can live. I'm really scared. By the way, I'm 18.
What can I do to speed up the processing of my application? The job center says I can only wait. I called almost every day, but they eventually got annoyed and told me to be patient. I've been doing this for four months now.
I got into big trouble because of this. I received a letter from debt collection because I had to pay a bill of €15. This bill is now €160 and the next letter will come from the court.
I would be happy about any answer and help. Thank you 🙏 ❤️
4 months is unacceptable. I’d have a legal counsel. Calling the office every day is too much.
Maybe write to your creditors and explain the situation. That you have submitted an application to the Jobcenter, which has not yet been completed and therefore cannot settle the invoices.
The Caritas also helps with job center issues.
Thank you.
I was at the job center asking nicely why it was so long as the guy just yelled at me that it wasn’t his problem that would not have happened if I was going to work at the school.
I called every day and asked them to stop and be patient even after 4 months.
I thought the job center helps me feel like I have a war against the job center
Calling every day is really a lot.
As I have written, turn to the Caritas or, if necessary, to a lawyer for social law.
I also find it unbelievable that the processing time takes so long. To process such an application should not be so difficult. And then someone gets in a move, I guess it’s clear.
With us it is so that you can get an advance. The rent is transferred directly.
Are you sure you submitted all the documents and documents?
How others have already written: It’s best to get you help (Crias, VdK Social Advice, Lawyer.
I don’t understand why this happens to some people. I know a mother and a daughter who went through this, and it happened without explanation. Apparently this happens when documents stand out. But if you have already given them everything they have requested, they must not postpone the payment. After what I have read, they must inform in advance that they will no longer pay the rent and also explain why, so that the person has time to prepare and submit appeal.
It is not a question that the rent should no longer be paid, but that the eggs will be swung at the office.
You made a mistake for four months by calling.
You go to the job center either personally or write a letter.
In view of your initiation, I would recommend you to go to a specialist lawyer for social law:

What do you live about?
That you call and ask is normal. It can’t be that this takes about 4 months! Of course, a landlord does not wait forever.
The job center is a Authoritywith which only in person and paper-written communicators should.
Calling and emailing can be saved.
Unfortunately, this can be quite because the job center has up to six months of time for application processing from the law.
I had to buy Klarna Rewe coupon back to the minus, but otherwise it was not
Can work in individual cases. However, there is no guarantee.

So I got along well with the mails and calls, but, of course, correspondence is better in terms of proof.
I didn’t even know that with the six months, that’s hard.
