Hallo, ich 18 arbeite seit über 5 Monaten bei einer Firma und werde dort demnächst unbefristet eingestellt. Derzeit verdiene ich zwischen 18-18,5€ die Stunde, wie viel mehr kann ich nun verlangen wenn ich unbefristet bin?
ich bin in einer Position wo ohne mich nicht wirklich alles gut läuft und wenn der andere nicht da hab ich die ganze Verantwortung ob die Halle arbeitet.

Hey, congratulations on the permanent job! If you already play a key role and bear a lot of responsibility, this is a good basis for negotiation. You could try to add 10-15% more salary. This is a matter of negotiation. Just give the employer a good reason why you should pay more.
Just because your contract is converted into an indefinite, you cannot automatically ask for more money. Bzw. you can ask, the question is if you get it.
