Yes, that fits. See e.g. https://www.kinderarztpraxisamwaldpark.de/infothek/infothek-generales/

You should always make sure that the distances between two administrations of the same drug at Paracetamol are 6 hours and at ibuprofen are 8 hours. In combination of both medications you can alternately give every 3-6 hours one of the medications.

Upgrading and cooling could additionally alleviate the pain.

Locally applied gels (e.g. voltars) help clearly but have fewer side effects.

Ibu 500mg is not so strongly dosed. Every time taking one in acute pain is fine.

3 to 4 times a day should not be exceeded

The two tablets should not be combined

I can’t confirm that. There are even combination preparations which contain both active ingredients.

That’s different. In the pharmacy it is explicitly pointed out not to take parallel

You are not in the position to decide right or not right and it goes not in my opinion: I have linked you studies, websites of nurses and AOK.

You speak of “high-level pharmacists who told you that.

Your advice is wrong.

You don’t get a right from me. Many high-level pharmacists have confirmed me. Good night

The two tablets should not be combined.

If all the pharmacists you asked have formulated so generally, even if 9 hours are between the revenues, they have been telling unfounded things.

Even nurses advise to combine the active ingredients with strong fever (see my answer) as they complement each other. See also: https://www.aerzteblatt.de/messages/83345/Extremitaeten-Ibuprofen-plus-Paracetamol-lindern-Schmerzen-wie-Opiat :

The combination is also useful because of the different mechanisms of action of the two means. Ibuprofen is a peripheral antiphlogistic that also mitigates inflammatory swelling. The analgesic effect of Paracetamol is presumably at the central level in the brain and in the spinal cord.

You write:

These tablets you mean are much lower dosed

You don’t know what pills I mean. For example, I refer to the U.S. doctor’s sheet (JAMA 2017; 318: 1661-1667), where the combination of substances has been investigated – in a partially higher dose.

Your answer contradicts medical findings, especially at 9h break between revenue. Maybe these pharmacists told crap or there was a misunderstanding.

So all the pharmacists I asked are lying?

Why should Ibuprofen tablets not be taken together with Paracetamol tablets if there are both active ingredients together in one tablet and which is effective and approved? That would be illogical.

The AOK writes:

The combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen is considered sensible, since the different mechanisms of action can reinforce each other. There are even special combination preparations available in the pharmacy. According to studies, both active ingredients in combination reduce fever for a long time.Link

Maybe you mean paracetamol and ASS?
