I don’t use those with medium strength, but these are the bandages I’ve used before, after which I went to the underwear period, which I find best. They usually hold much more than bonds. And are much more comfortable.

For everyday life with medium strength, I recommend this from Jessa:

If you have a sensitive skin then better take this here:

If you want to have it a bit more environmentally friendly then this one here:

If you have a stronger bleeding, the bandage has to wear long or if you want to be better protected during sports, take this here:

For the night I recommend this from Jessa:

For sensitive skin overnight this here:

You can take your phone with you for shopping and then compare it to the same. Whatever happens to you about what I’ve listed.
