Very obvious spam and phishing emails are usually simply deleted and of course do not click links.

There’s no one with your password. If they had your password, you could not log in anymore, as this would have changed.

However, change your password for security and activate 2-factor authentication if not yet.

Delete without clicking anything. Block address or create a rule that such mails land in the spam folder.

If you are really unsure: change password/passwords.

Set up a spam folder.

Then such spams automatically land there. And you won’t open them. With time, you can empty your folder and you’ll get rid of the spams.
