Someone used my bank details at Ionos. What should I do?
My question is, Ionos has attempted to debit my account twice, but I've never subscribed to or purchased anything through it. So, my question is, is there any way to block my bank details for this site? (Like Netflix) I've already tried to contact them by phone, email, and live chat, but so far, to no avail. They're either currently unavailable (chat) or permanently busy (phone). I'm still waiting for a response via email. What else can I do?

Danke für die antwort. Ist wohl wirklich das einzige was ich noch machen kann. Und da mir vorhin jemand das gleiche gesagt hat werde ich das auch machen.

Einfach immer wieder die Abbuchung stornieren.
Mehr als der Bank mitzuteilen, daß Ionos kein SEPA-Lastschriftmandat von Dir hat, kannst Du sonst nicht tun!
Naja, du wirst bei denen etwas haben, Dein Mail-Konto oder Internet, und somit buchen die ab, jeden Monat.
