If you were to feed on carrots only. Not if you were to feed on pizza.

Pizza also supplies protein – in contrast to carrots that provide us with a whole 0 g protein. And without protein we wouldn’t survive too long.

As I said, who from now on eats only 1 kg of pizza every day will live longer and get fewer shortages than anyone who eats only 1 kg of carrots every day.

And how much percent of Vitamit A needs is a pizza? According to Max Rubner Institute you need 800 μg per day… So either 2.3kg pizza per day or 100g cooked carrots to feed…

Hey comes a little late but there are many dishes that you can cook without cooking arts, for example spaghetti bolognese or carving, fish sticks with spinach and potatoes. This is easy to taste super delicious and is still healthy.

Lack of appearances. They lack vitamins and other things that keep your body healthy. You could get slapped and tired and also the stomach and heart can be damaged.

If your parents are not able to take care of you in a decent way, then you’ll take care of the table and tell them to buy them at least reasonably so that you can cook something neat.

If you eat a pizza (1-2 times a week), then nix speaks against it but the rest of the wudhe should you look sxgin reasonably to eat. For breakfast at least bread with cold cuts or cheese or something. At noon a good food with noodles of potatoes and vegetables and sauce. Also salad with chicken is delicious and 5334789658 other dishes made quickly. And in the evening maybe a bread or cereal or something.

Certainly not the healthiest type of diet, but also no one will kill you at short notice.

This is really something that can be learned relatively easily thanks to the Internet. No one expects a 5 course menu but simple dishes should be able to be prepared if you are able to use an oven.
