Right, iOS 9 can be installed.
For iOS 9, there are several jailbreaks. For example, you can use Phoenix or Blizzard.
How to install it:

  1. Connect your iPhone to PC or Mac
  2. Disable your firewall as Windows otherwise blocks it
  3. Install and open Sidelodly
  4. Open the .ipa file
  5. Enter your Apple ID
