Hi dear Marie 🙂

The J1 examination is a free check-up for young people, which can be carried out between 12 and 14 years and with a pediatrician or a pediatrician. Since it is a preventive examination, it is of course also voluntary, so you don’t have to go if you don’t want to do this (as with any other examination, of course). But I can only recommend it to you, as such check-ups often discover something you can still treat in young years. I myself have let the J1 make, with a slight scoliosis being discovered on my spine. If I hadn’t gone to the doctor, you probably wouldn’t have been able to handle it so quickly and I might have been struggling with back pain. As you can see, such investigations are definitely sensible, yes.

I hope I could help you a little with my answer. If you have any questions about the J1 examination or want to know something else, you can also contact me personally at any time. I already have the J1 examination behind me and in the end had a good feeling that I had to make it:-)

Love

You don’t have to do it because the volunteer is. I would recommend it
