I have to list some of Amazon's IT strategies for university, but I'm having a bit of trouble wording it.
I can't seem to find anything good online that would transfer well to Amazon, but I don't want to disappoint my project group… :/

A typical IT strategy, even today, looks like this: "IT is a cost factor. Therefore, I'll simply reduce costs as much as possible – about one or two percent of revenue, and it can't cost more than that." If Amazon had thought that way, they wouldn't be what they are today.
