It Etsy wirklich so schlecht?
Hallo!
Ich hatte einfach mal bei Etsy so geschaut, was es da so gibt. Da es ähnlich wie Ebay ist, gibt es dort viele Sachen, die z.B. Amazon nicht hat. Das hat mir echt gut gefallen, jedoch meinte meine Mutter dann, dass es sowas wie Shein und Temu ist & das es Chinaschei*e ist. Stimmt das? Ich habe auch gute Sachen gehört jedoch bin ich mir unsicher, was ich glauben soll.
Kennt sich jemand damit aus? Was sind eure Erfahrungen?

Etsy has a lot of craftsmen

In principle, this is not true. For the first time, Etsy is definitely not like eBay. Not only because there are no auctions, but because you shop in shops.
Of course, there are many who want to use this platform for example dropshipping. Etsy goes against it, but doesn’t really go well. How safe copyright and brand violations. But a very large number of dealers simply sell their self-made things. Like my photos and calendars… I’m not a Chinese 🙂

Etsy is difficult… depends on what, and above all on who you want to buy. Some things are self-made and really cool, other things are really only imported from China and overpriced resold :/
But in principle, the platform is not to compare with Wish, Temu or so.

Depends on what you want to buy there.
I’ve only bought such handmade jewellery, cards, a sword and 3D print file.
The handmade stuff was always fine. The sword, which was supposed to be handmade, was so lala.
And 3D printing files, as I had to find, are often “plied” by the author and then offered on Etsy without agreement.
So you can be lucky, but you can also grab Etsy into the toilet.
Wish or Temu is completely different. Are private sellers mostly for self-made, handmade etc. Have already ordered more often and was always satisfied.
I’ve been there for years. But only handmade stuff.
