Ist Zwieback gesund?

Wäre es gesund jeden morgen Zwieback zu essen?

Oder wären Haferflocken gesünder?

Oat flakes are healthier as they contain more fiber and vitamins. Especially vitamin B and iron.

Healthy disgusting is always the “dose”!

To eat chowback is just as one-sided as to feed exclusively from dead animals or even from green cabbage!

Mix everything in a reasonable relationship and good!

Without knowing the exact nutrient composition, I tap oat flakes, just because of the fiber.

Zwieback has zero fiber, is nutritionally worthless. There are oat flakes much better.

Zwieback is baked white bread…. There is no more “healthy” in it.

Oat flakes definitely have a good reputation.
