Is sugar not so bad after all?
I recently got a huge pack (1kg) of gummy bears and ate them all in 4 days, and I always eat other sweet things straight away too. I recently had a blood test and all my values were perfect (the best in my family and they hardly eat any sweets), there were no bad values and I am not overweight either.
Sugar is unhealthy, but does not necessarily result in bad blood levels. This can still happen in later years. You seem to have a good metabolism if you can keep your weight. If you’re older, it’ll probably change. You should have an eye on it. Until then, let you taste 😉.
Haha taste 😂😋
Hello Ussrneed, 👋
250 g rubber bears = g sugar
Why should your values not be perfect
if you seem to be healthy
Your blood sugar value rises after
sugar consumption/after consumption and then
it falls back through insulin spills.
After 2 hours it is then again < 140 mg/dl.
This can no longer be done by

Why you should be a bad one
value – such as a high HbA1c –
if you are even diabetics
That’s good.
Btw:
👉 Only a lot of sugar does not arise

Sugar is not good
But why your values were good I don’t know
I don’t know
There are due to the many sugars
even no reason that
Your blood values should be bad.
Awning
You wouldn’t have asked
Do it only often enough and from prefect becomes tricky.
Hey, I’ve been meaningless, but after two days, I’m fine and my liver values are perfect. Ooops. That was quite different with my friend Matthias. Almost 50, liver failure, dead.
I have been doing for 3 years;) (actually my whole life Long, but for 3 years more extreme)
Diabetes is set.
One-time measurement in young years says nothing. Take long-term sugar and metabolic test.

Like I said, no. Blood values were perfect, not even ascended
Of course not, sugar is not a poison as long as it is not consumed in quantities daily. In addition, a young metabolism has significantly greater amounts of sugar.
