Is Yfood a healthy supplement for weight gain?

I'm trying to gain weight. Up until now, I've always been drinking the Serious Mass Shake. It's disgusting, but it has 1200 calories. Since I started drinking the shake, I've been getting spots on my butt all the time. I never had them before, so I think that's what's causing it. It has 30g of sugar per serving.
I've heard about Yfood, which is supposed to replace a normal meal and is supposedly healthy. I would therefore like to drink two Yfood drinks (500ml – 500kcal) per day.
But it also has 22g of sugar…that's a lot, right?
I just wanted to ask if you've had any experience with it, or if you think Yfood is better than Serious Mass. I don't want to get any more pimples on my butt; I'm so embarrassed.
Naja yfood is not intended as a permanent food source, but sometimes for in between if you have no time to cook etc. Z.b in a shift service or at many dates.
Find out about a nutritional advice. Shales with kcal you can also make yourself with less sugar. You can also add certain foods to your diet that contain more kcal. You just need to get some information and adjust your diet accordingly. That would definitely be the healthier alternative to finished shakes etc. There are always any substances and sugars. You can do that, but you shouldn’t overdo it.

As I said, go to a nutritional advice. How much kcal do you want to eat and why? It doesn’t make any sense to stuff you up to. Slowly increase kcal and then you get used to it more and more. You can’t take 1000kcal more a day from now on.
