Nein ist es nicht.
ME war eine Katastrophe, die niemand benutzt hat und Windows 2000 ist seit ZWANZIG Jahren nicht mehr richtig in Verwendung.

Da brauchst du mindestens Windows 10
Windows 10 ist empfehlenswert, aber brauchen tust es nicht, du kannst wie Takasha gesagt hat auch mit Win XP ins Web, nur das Risiko ist höher.
Windows 7 funktioniert übrigens auch noch sehr gut.
