Ist Weihnachten für euch besinnlich und eine erholsame Zeit oder stressig?
Hallo, wie oben schon gefragt, wie ist die Weihnachtszeit für euch.
Ich empfinde die Zeit rund um Weihnachten immer recht hektisch, mit Zwei Kinder (13 und 17).
Die Familie und Verwandte müssen auch immer in der Zeit untergebracht werden mit Einladungen und Besuche.
Wie ist es bei euch in der Familie? Besinnlich oder stressig?
Etwas Zeit haben wir ja noch für die Vorbereitungen, deshalb wünsche ich euch schon gutes gelingen.

With us really deep relaxed, there is practically no family anymore except my mother and with which we are living in the same house. We’ll sit together for a long time at the raclette, 1st Christmas there’s rehragout I’ve already cooked and frozen. We haven’t been making presents forever.
Maybe then my brother will come by with family, for the children there are small gifts, a coffee time is planned. I also bake extra for him vegan muffins, but in my “tie-wet” kitchen, just don’t have a vegan second kitchen for such sensitivities. If this isn’t good enough again, I won’t let myself go to the palm this year, but just go up a staircase.

Last year it was so stressful, we even had to organize a “3rd and 4th Christmas Day” because because of my divorced parents we didn’t get all under one hat or they wanted a day for themselves with us “children”. But this year, I refuse to take part in such a bullshit and make smashes. To whom it is too little can be moved to more frequent meetings within the year.

2x over 30, 1x ü20 and the first grandchild already exists.
Then I’ll find the “just right”. Family is not just Christmas and if it is, it is not.
I think it’s a nice but stressful time. After that, I always have to recover a little from it and look forward to a few quieter days. :

We’re not stressing. We have also completely hired the gift shop many years ago. We go out to eat with many people on a large table, after which we go to a glass of wine or the like before then all take a taxi to their chambers.
The other days we are then beautiful for us, walking or just enjoying the free time. About New Year’s Eve we will always go to the beach house to Denmark for a week.
