As in any other country, it is expensive or cheaper, depending on what you do there, how well and centrally located the hotel should be, where and how much you eat etc.

Many temples and historical facilities cost entry, often only a few euros, but if you look at many, this also sums up together. If you go to a café or restaurant for every drink, it is of course more expensive than if you just get them in the kiosk.

I did not find South Korea very expensive, nor cheap. Just quite normal.

An essential factor there are the flights, since you are fast 800-1200€ off per person.

Depending on the time you pay 800 – 1,200 € for the flight, then hotel costs and other things are added.

What Korea?

North Korea or South Korea?

You can go to North Korea, but you can’t go back. The last came back in the coma and died.

In South Korea it is not so expensive.

If you want to extend the holiday, the government critises publicly.
