Is Subway healthy if you choose the right subs?
As an example:
30 cm whole grain bread with spicy vegan patty + all vegetables + guacamole.
Just vinegar as a sauce.
In this example, I only see a balanced, nutrient-rich meal.
Am I missing something here?
According to a TEST report:
The greatest calorie health
A meatball sandwich, a middle cola and a White Chocolate Macadamia groove cookie. This combination gives the body almost 1000 calories, over 40 grams of fat and 76 grams of sugar.
The best combination
Veggie Delite with honey-mustard dressing, mineral water and an Oatmeal and Raisins cookie. Save compared to calories: 532 calories, almost 30 grams of fat and over 50 grams of sugar. For meat fans: instead of Veggie Delite a Turkey sandwich – it still saves 469 calories.
By the way: Each sandwich coating is available for 0.50 more than salad.
Well. Better get worse.
is hold little protein because these Pattys are super small / little. So the carbohydrate/protein ratio is not so much true.
You should also check patty’s and bread for additives, etc. I mean, it’s already a whole grain somewhere, but it’s more like a toast moderate.
guacamole is good when it is fresh
So this looks more than good for intermediate
you see that in the 30cm version, this covers about your entire daily carbohydrate requirement and two thirds of the fat requirement.
“they fled.”
