No! The thigh carries your entire body weight when you stand on your leg, as when walking.

Movement is good, but maybe you can do some ground exercises where your legs are quiet.

As a 17-year-old, I had recumbent gypses from the thigh to the footstep! I was on the move with supporters every day and, after my recovery, set up the new school record in the armrests! 😅👍
