Ist sowas eigentlich strafbar?

Hallo liebe community,

Automatisch!!

Ist das strafbar??

Bitte um Rückmeldung!!

If there’s a message, they’re expecting passengers to be in the car. I’m sure it’s not criminal.

It’s not criminal. It could only be a ban in the terms of transport, then you can, for example, be excluded from the transport.

“… I always don’t stand out because I want the subway train to drive me into the Kehrgleis and I can hear the announcement:” BITTE RUHE BEWAHRT IN KÜRZE TO BAHNSTEIG ZURÜCK.”

It affects rail traffic. Because without his behaviour the train would not have to go back again.

§123 StGB: “… on the request of the authorized person not removed …”
The announcement of the end station is the request.
Obviously, you do not read the paragraphs that you cheer others under your nose.

No, of course it’s not criminal. At least not as long as you have a valid ticket.

Where the ticket is purely legally not entitled to travel to the parking track, since these operating journeys are not part of the regular passenger traffic

That. I am sure that is not deposited in the Terms and Conditions. And it cannot become part of the contract (by buying the ticket and the corresponding transport).

No.

You have to get out at the terminal station. This is also loud and clear.

I’m sorry, but that’s bare nonsense.

Unfortunately no. As dangerous, it is considered as good as everything that somehow influences the course of the rail traffic from the outside. There is no specific risk. In a case as described here, no report is likely to be refunded, because the item is set because of lowness. But as soon as they somehow get behind it is intent, there is guaranteed a display, and that will not be set. The fact that, most likely, there was no danger at all, then leads to a penalty at the bottom, probably also only by a criminal order.

But if there’s a little thing to do, The instructions of the staff (also loudspeaker message) must be followed: infringements are house peace break.

You’re perfectly right, I see that.

It’s funny, he wrote what’s going on.

Where?

And there can be an indication of house peace breaks in the first violation.

Why did I set the link to § 123 StGB if you don’t read it? It will be like you don’t understand how to read penal laws.

The rail traffic was not affected?
It’s funny, he wrote what’s going on. How dangerous or harmless that is, does not matter first.

And there can be an indication of house peace breaks in the first violation.

It is considered as dangerous as everything,
which somehow influences the course of the rail traffic from the outside.

Well, if he was influenced.

But as soon as they somehow get behind it is intent, there is guaranteed a display,

No, because you don’t know what to do. He gets a ban on transport at most, but this is also doubtful.

that it is intent, there is guaranteed a display, and that will not be set.

But it will be because the facts of § 315 StGB are not fulfilled. Read out Section 315 StGB again and then explain to me what fact was fulfilled.

The instructions of the personnel (also loudspeaker message) must be followed:

Right, as already mentioned above, he can cash a transport lock.

I’m sorry.

No, not until he gets caught back there after a traffic lock.
