Ist sowas CE-Pflichtig?

Habe ein paar davon bei AliExpress bestellt, jetzt ist die Frage ob diese CE-PFLICHTIG sind?

Problem ist, ich habe keine Alternative gefunden. Vielleicht kennt ja jemand einen Anbieter für solche USB Led Birnen.

Yes. (Fast?)Each electronic product which is placed on the market in Europe needs one. For almost any product, any EU directive applies, in the case, for example, “Regulation (EU) 2019/2020” and if any EU regulation applies to the product, you need a ce identification.

But for a ce marking you don’t need a test, it’s completely legal there to stick a ce sticker on it when you test it for compliant. This is a declaration, not a seal. Never got anything from China without ce stickers. AliExpress is also usually a ce label, otherwise they might not sell it here.

There is no CE duty. The CE sign is recommended, however, and is not present or counterfeit in most cheap electrical goods from China. That’s why there’s a lot of it…

for self-import rather not, but are stuck for this product as an importer, so much fun if you want to sell it.

Apart from that, it is interesting to see what the Chinese are coming for product ideas. LED Lamps with USB… So you could use the laptop as emergency lighting if the battery is full 😂
