Is this much traffic normal in a village at night?

Yesterday, at 11 p.m., I was cycling around the village. Then I came to an intersection.

One road comes from the direction of a small town of 20,000 inhabitants about 10km away.

The other road leads out of our village of about 4000 inhabitants.

The 3rd street also comes from a village of 4000 inhabitants.

And the last street of the intersection comes from the highway and gas station.

I stood at the intersection for maybe 15 minutes while I waited for someone and was quite surprised that at least three cars came from all directions every minute.

Sometimes there were even 10 from all directions.

Yes, that’s because of the highway because from there all people go through your village to the surroundings. Our village is also next to the highway and fortunately has a bypass road through the industrial area and if the is locked then here is Halli Galli.

At night, I barely experienced a traffic jam on the highway, and I was on my way.
