Hello, I'm currently 14 years old and have spent a lot of time thinking about fitness and nutrition. Let's get straight to the point. I'm unable to eat elaborate meals, like oatmeal with fruit in the morning. Unfortunately, I rarely have the ability to decide what I want to eat. Plus, I can't cook, etc….

As dessert, I’d look at a dessert, so something that you’re after lunch, a pudding, a yogurt, a sweet.
I would now consider a snack as a small meal, fruits, vegetables, a little bit to cook, as my father would call it.
