A balanced, varied and healthy diet is good for growth. Of course, there are also rice and, if necessary, pumice (if they are not fried in fat and are then poured over sugared or over fated sauce) also a role.

It depends on the preparation.

If you only heat both (boil rice, pumice in the oven), both are healthy as carbohydrate-rich food.

What’s healthy? Almost all we eat is Frassgifte or other poisons.Note that many people have food intolerances! The dose makes the poison!
