I think you misunderstood:

4. Read the results

After 2 minutes you can read your results in the result window.

A “+” (Plus) symbol indicates that the result is “pregnant”.

A “-” (minus) symbol indicates that the result is “not pregnant”.

Regardless of whether one of the two lines from which the plus sign (+) is composed is brighter or darker than the other, the result is “pregnant”.

Read your result within 10 minutes. Changes occurring after that period have no significance.

If it lasts longer than 10 minutes until the blue line is displayed, the test has not worked and you need to perform a new test.

In the tests it is so – in the first/left box, NEGATIV means a + in the box POSITIV

The test (DIESER on the picture) should not have a completely empty field

This should be self-explanatory: if there is no +, there is logically no pregnancy.
