Ist lenovo.com scam?
Und zwar habe ich mir bei lenovo.com ein laptop bestellt, habe aber dannach die ganzen Bewertungen von den shop angesehen und gemerkt das es 83% nur negative Bewertungen sind und ich vielleicht dachte das es nur bots sind. Das so eine große firma einfach so leute abzieht ohne das leute dafür was richtiges bekommen. Was sind eure erfahrung mit der seite, bekommt ihr euer geld zurück wenn ihr was storniert oder sagen die leute ne bekommt ihr nie wieder also quasi scam

No, Scam is not, but the shop is not operated by Lenovo itself, but by a service provider in whose name. I think the service provider is called Digital River, but I’m not quite sure. You’re not communicating with Lenovo, but with another company. By the way, this is the same for most other notebook manufacturers, Medion makes it myself.
In the end, you buy from a dealer as well as anywhere else.
Digital River is insolvent.
Are the reviews random from the last half year?
Oh, thanks for the hint, I didn’t know that. Then they can hardly be… but this could partly explain the negative reviews.
Just go to Mediamarkt/Saturn and buy your Lenovo PC. And don’t order it on their website.
