Comparable: Yes.
Equally specific: No.

The two are opioids whose effects are similar in some respects. But they don’t seem identical. Thus, for example, in the case of Kratom, there does not seem to be the risk of respiratory depression.

Subjectively I would say it is weaker than tilidine. To not say healthier, but only the fact that one is natural and the other does not let me make the decision easier.
