There may be individual effects that are described by users in a similar or similar manner, but the two substances have a different effect.

So, apart from the fact that you cannot say anything about cocaine or ecstasy without drug cheques, what exactly it is about. Dealers can cheat, manufacturers can make mistakes. You can never be sure.

General information about the typical effects and side effects as well as the risks associated with the use of MDMA can be found here:

You can also find information about cocaine there. Then you can compare.

No, the only common one is the drive-increasing effect. Still at a different level. Feels very different. Ecstasy (MDMA) is a very “weak” euphoric drug, which is not the case with cocaine.

No, the mechanisms of action are different. Ecstasy affects serotonin, norepinephrine and a small proportion of the dopamine concentration in the synaptic gap (i.e. at the point where the transmission of information between the nerve cells takes place).

Cocaine also acts on all three neurotransmitter concentrations, but substantially more strongly on the dopamine concentration.

The effect feels different (as Ellifux describes).

But I only know this on the basis of theory and experience reports – I have no own experiences.

Ecstasy feels completely different from cocaine, the only thing that the two substances have in common is that they both have a stimulating effect.
