Is every company involved in the DualPlus program?

How do I know that I'll be participating in my vocational training at my company and that I'll have both vocational qualifications and training in my pocket at the end of my training? I live on the border between Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.

No, everyone does not do this and many employers, unfortunately, also do not attach much importance to the schooling of their apprentices. The only thing that matters is that you do not drill any sloping holes during operation.
Question to the Secretariat of the Vocational School or the IHK. They should be more aware of the conditions under which you can complete the professional training. But I think your thoughts are good, that you want to go one step further when you finish school.

No. Maybe this will help you, especially the further links. You have to look for your country.

Of course, there is NOT any operation involved.

Many companies are still relying on the fact that others can afford training.

There are a lot of companies that offer NODEI training and then recruit the fully trained employees.

Today (almost) each operation has a website. You can go to the “Carrier or Personnel” button. the programme will be explained when it is offered.

It is also on its website that offers dual training. You just have to do some research.

At best, there are open job searches, but rarely information about training content or training.
