The amount makes the poison and in honey also the processing.

Untreated honey can help with allergies, for example, by the residual pollen contained.

Honey is fructose, fructose is one of the worst sugars you can take to you.

In small quantities, you can eat honey (to sweet tea, bread spread…), but not in excess.

By the way, you can ignore the alleged enzymes, trace elements and vitamins, the proportion is too low to be relevant to us. We’re not bee larvae.

It’s not always about sugar.

“Honey is healthy due to its rich composition of enzymes, antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.”
