Is minced meat healthy?

Hello, my question is, is regular ground beef from animal husbandry systems unhealthy for humans? There's also organic meat, but sometimes it's too expensive for me because of my budget and the fact that I want to save a bit when shopping.

Is eating regular, unprocessed ground meat from animal husbandry type 1 harmful to humans? Someone once told me that eating ground meat from poorly farmed animals would cause you to age faster because it's unhealthy for humans. Is that true?

In my opinion, no food is perfect; everything has its pros and cons. And if ground meat from animal husbandry were a health risk, then it wouldn't be allowed to be sold in supermarkets, or because the animals are inspected to ensure they're healthy. Please share your opinion.

The difference is not big.

Much meat is basically not healthy and a lot of hack is basically rather harmful. The attitude is only a minimal role.

Form 1 means that the animals are kept only in stalls and have never seen daylight. The meat is of poor quality. I can’t judge if it’s healthy. Only I would never buy such a meat.

There are also organic meats, but sometimes it’s too expensive for me because of my budget and that I want to save a little while shopping.

Then buy less meat. That’s healthier. And other people do it as well. You don’t have to eat meat every day.

Is normal unprocessed minced meat

Meat is always unprocessed.

And if minced meat from posture 1 would be harmful to health, it should not be sold at the supermarket

You think so.

Processed meat is understood to mean meat which gives its appearance and taste through the emulsification of fat and water of the sausage.

Examples: Yellow sausage, liver cheese, roast, mortadella etc.

Raw sausage (salami) does not belong to processed meat.

The term is a fixed term.

I’m supposed to accept that you’re doing wrong things right?

It is a fixed term!

I don’t want to talk to you anymore.

Either you accept this now, or not! I just wanted to contribute to your understanding!

Processing4 does not mean the origin product

Apple = unprocessed

Apple Muse = processed

What a nonsense, whether the animal lives in the stable or not, has nothing to do with quality. On the contrary, a beef, bull, sheep out there rum form extremely muscle strands, which is in no case tender, that the apprentice still cuts with the fiber the meat is absolutely tough. This danger is even less in the case of stables and tying. It is such a nonsens nonsense that spread from, animal friends who, of course, eat animals. The best meat supplies a heifer that has calcined because young but not too young. The cow is about a year old, and because she doesn’t get calves, she’s got miscarriages. But young with mature meat. Now know.

This person’s testimony is total bullshit. The attitude does not matter for human health.

All meat and sausage products with posture 1 to 3 should be avoided. Regardless of how the animals are kept, they are still contaminated with antibiotics.

It should only be bought and consumed in organic quality. Rare but high quality!

The crowd makes the poison. So as long as you don’t collect kilos of hack every day, the additional proteins are more beneficial.

health – harmful (fatty hat in front of all pork and lamb)
protein source – top 83% bioavailable protein
sustainable – you can always forget

killing animals is neither mentally nor physically sensible
because equally bioavailable proteins and nutrients you will find in all natural only much cheaper healthier sustainable and nutrient richer

That was just about the question. Didn’t ask if it makes sense to live vegan. You should try your mission attempts elsewhere.

missionary back or forth
we are talking about
healthy or not and no
pork and lamb is quite unhealthy

Pig meat is leaner than poultry that’s just on the edge.

Eat unhealthy.

If you have little money get your protine from legumes: chickpeas, beans, soya and peas.

A haufen protine and inexpensive and healthy
